  • 3 cawan air pandan
  • 1 cawan tepung beras
  • 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 1 sudu besar air kapur
  • Pewarna makanan – hijau

Bahan santan Cendol Gula Melaka

  • ½ cawan santan pekat
  • 1/3 cawan air panas
  • Sedikit garam

Bahan air gula Cendol Gula Melaka

  • 1 keping gula melaka
  • 1 cawan gula merah
  • Sehelai daun pandan

Cara – cara Membuat Cendol Gula Melaka:

  1. Kisar daun pandan bersama 3 cawan air, tapiskan untuk dapatkan 3 cawan air pandan.
  2. Di dalam periuk, masukan tepung beras dan tepung jagung. Jangan buka api dahulu.
  3. Tuangkan air pandan yang dikisar tadi ke dalam periuk yang mengandungi tepung. Kacau rata.
  4. Kemudian masukan air kapur, dan sedikit pewarna makanan hijau. Kacau rata. Kemudian buka api.
  5. Masak bancuhan cendol ini dengan api yang sederhana. Sentiasa kacau untuk pastikan ia tidak berketul dan masak sehingga ia betul likat dan kental. Jika ia tidak betul masak, semasa proses membentuk cendol nanti, cendol akan lembik dan hancur.
  6. Kemudian, isikan bancuhan cendol yang kental ini ke dalam acuan untuk membentuk cendol. Video ini menggunakan acuan roti jala.

The simple recipe is really simple, and it tastes very real. As far as we all know it is served cold with a rich coconut milk flavor and a very sweet red aroma. You can make it at home and eat it over and over again.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of pandan water
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice
  • Food coloring – green

How to Make a Coconut milk

  • ½ cup thick coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • a little bit of salt

How to Make Cendol Gula Mekala Sugar Water ingredients

  • 1 slice of sugar
  • 1 cup red sugar
  • A pandan leaf

Instructions:

  1. Blend pandan leaves together with 3 cups of water, strain to get 3 cups of pandan water.
  2. In a saucepan, add rice flour and corn flour. Don’t open the fire first.
  3. Pour pandan water into the pot containing flour. Stir well.
  4. Then add the lime juice, and a little green food coloring. Stir well. Then open fire.
  5. Cook this short mix over medium heat. Stir constantly to make sure it does not fry and cook until it is firm and thick. If it is not properly cooked, during the process of making the mushrooms, the mushrooms will soften and break down.
