Getting by Ferry/Boat

As Tioman Island is located around 30 kilometers off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia, it can be reached by ferries from either Mersing or Tanjong Gemok. The ferry journey from both locations to Tioman Island will require around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the boats used.
