  • 2.2 kilograms Lamb Should / Chicken / Beef
  • 2 Onion Diced
  • 18 Garlic Clean Whole
  • 3½ tablespoons Chef Ammar Makloubah Spices
  • 2-3 tablespoons Enrico’s Ghee
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 3–4-liter Water

  • 1 kilogram Chef Ammar Basmati Rice Wash the Basmati Rice 3 times and sock it for 3- 45 minutes make. Make sure u change the water twice
  • ½ kilogram Potato – Cooked
  • ½ kilogram Carrot– Cooked
  • ½ kilogram Cauliflower – Cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Season with Salt

Cara membuat / memasak Lamb Maklouba Rice Upside Down Rice by Chef Ammar dapat diterangkan seperti berikut:

  1. Masukkan minyak sapi Enrico’s ghee ke dalam kuali.
  2. Letakkan bawang putih. Masak sehingga 90% bawang putih masak.
  3. Masukkan pula bawang besar. Tumis sehingga masak.
  4. Selepas itu, masukkan Chef Amaar Maklouba Spice sebanyak 3 sudu besar.
  5. Selepas itu, masukkan kambing yang telah dibersihkan dan dipotong.
  6. Masukkan air secukupnya menutupi keseluruhan daging kambing.
  7. Masukkan garam diikuti kulit kayu manis jenama Surabi.
  8. Kemudian, masukkan black pepper.
  9. Tutup periuk dan biarkan selama 30-45 minit hingga kambing masak.
  10. Setelah kambing dibiarkan selama 30-45 minit, masukkan nasi yang telah dimasak.
  11. Masukkan ubi kentang yang telah di slice. lobak merah dan kobis bunga.
  12. Buat lapisan dengan meletakkan nasi di atas bahan yang bernombor 11 dan tekan sedikit nasi.
  13. Masukkan air rebusan daging (stock kambing). Tutup penutup kuali dan biarkan sehingga masak.
  14. Apabila semua telah siap, terbalikkan periuk ke dalam dulang besar.
