• 70 gram bacon lembu

1. Mount the flour and create a well in the middle, then add the eggs into the well.
2. Slowly mix the eggs and flour together by drawing the flour into the middle of the well.
3. Once all is well combined, you would end up with a stiff dough. If the dough is too dry, add a teaspoon of water.
4. Knead for about 10mins, then wrap the dough with cling film and set aside to rest in the fridge for 45 mins.
5. When the dough is ready, start rolling it out with a rolling pin to the desired thickness. If you are using a pasta machine, roll it into the kind of pasta you want.
6. Fold and cut the dough into a rustic tagliatelle pasta. Dust a bit of flour on the surface while doing this.

9. Heat up a generous amount of olive oil in a pan to fry the beef bacon and garlic. Once the garlic is nice and golden, add in the pasta with a little bit of pasta water.
